SUMMARY:Winter Stillness Retreat at Ardmay House
DESCRIPTION:As winter settles around us\, step away from the chaos of Christmas and into the stillness of a very special place. Set on the banks of Loch Long\, with breathtaking views stretching across the water\, Ardmay House offers a magical space to pause\, breathe and reconnect before the hurrying of the festive season begins. This is a day for quiet reflection\, gentle movement and deep nourishment\, weaving together Qigong\, meditation\, sound healing and time spent connecting with the natural world. A chance to listen inwardly\, soften the body and mind\, and simply be held by the beauty and stillness of the loch. We’ll share a beautiful lunch together\, alongside our usual fresh juices\, delicious treats and nourishing snacks\, all within the warm and sacred space of Ardmay House. A little winter sanctuary… a moment to breathe\, restore and reconnect with yourself before Christmas unfolds. \n“Become totally empty. Quiet the mind. All things rise and fall while the Deep Self watches their return. They grow and flourish\, then return to the source. Returning to the source is stillness\, which is the way of nature.”
