DESCRIPTION:Join us for The Way of the Heart – a coming home to the heart\, to nature’s embrace\, and to the warmth of community. \nIn the spirit of togetherness\, this is a day to connect with the fire element through open-hearted presence and shared connection. We’ll move through heart-centred practices that support the body\, settle the mind\, and gently open the heart. \nThis retreat day is a picnic-style gathering\, a chance for us to share food together should you wish\, so please bring your own food to enjoy throughout the day. Fresh juices\, tea\, fruit\, and seasonal refreshments will be available throughout the day. \nWe’ll share space\, conversation\, nature\, and connection in a relaxed\, easygoing atmosphere. If the sun is shining\, we’ll take our practice out onto the lawn\, held within ten acres of beautiful gardens at the Hugh Fraser Estate. \nThe garden studio offers a warm\, accessible\, and peaceful space to rest\, reconnect\, and simply be. No experience is needed\, all are warmly welcomed. Free and plentiful parking onsite.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for this Taiji Bang workshop hosted by The Energy Clan\, with guest Pete Warden. A unique chance to experience Pete’s depth of knowledge\, skill\, and passion for the internal arts. Taiji Bang is a traditional training method for longevity using a wooden stick\, or Bang\, to guide gentle flowing movements and stretches. The practice helps improve flexibility\, coordination\, alignment and internal connection. Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. You’ll also enjoy some Qigong with Sacha and a relaxing sound healing meditation.
